Arctura Technologies Inc. is a Canadian software corporation headquartered in Ottawa. We exist to make personal health legible — and to prove that consumer software can be both world-class and worthy of trust.
Named for the northern star.
Arctura joins arc — the geometry every screen we draw is built from — with Arcturus, the brightest star of the northern sky, used by navigators for millennia. It's a promise about the kind of software we make: precise in construction, steady in direction.
We started with a conviction: the most personal data people have — their health story — deserves software with the polish of the world's best consumer products and the restraint of a fiduciary. Too much health software is either clinical and unusable, or engaging and extractive. We build the third thing.
Today that conviction ships as Linnea, our health record & score platform, distributed worldwide through the App Store — with more products in the studio behind it.

Mingjun founded Arctura to build the health software he wanted to exist: private, precise, and genuinely useful over years, not sessions. He leads product, engineering, and company direction from Ottawa, and remains hands-on across the entire stack — from Swift code to score models to the smallest interface detail.
