照见服务条款 · Offscript Terms of Use
这份条款是你与 Arctura Technologies Inc.（加拿大安大略省注册公司，地址 Unit 10, 1338 Wellington Street West, Ottawa, Ontario K1Y 3B7, Canada；下称「我们」）之间关于使用「照见」（下称「本 App」）的约定。安装或使用本 App，即表示你接受这份条款和《隐私政策》。通过 App Store 下载还同时适用 Apple 的标准许可协议（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）；两者冲突时，以对你更有利的为准。
1. 本 App 是什么
本 App 是一个自我觉察与练习工具：帮你在情绪上来的那一刻停一下、看一眼现在怎么了、事后记一句，并提供呼吸、注意力等自助练习、回顾与私人记录。
本 App 不是医疗器械，不提供医疗或心理诊断、治疗，也不替代专业帮助（见第 8 条）。真的很难受、有伤害自己或他人的念头时，请立即联系当地的紧急服务，或 App 内危机安全卡上列出的援助热线（见第 9 条）。
2. 谁可以使用
你需要达到 App Store 商店页面显示的年龄分级（多数地区为 13 岁），或你所在地允许独立同意使用网络服务的更高年龄。
3. 账号（可选）
- 登录是可选的。不登录也能使用全部功能；停一下、急救、记一下与危机安全卡永远不需要登录。
- 你可以用「通过 Apple 登录」「通过 Google 登录」或邮箱验证码登录，不设密码。用 Apple 或 Google 登录时，那一步由 Apple 或 Google 提供，同时适用它们各自的条款与隐私政策。
- 一个账号只给一个人用。请保管好你的设备、Apple ID、Google 账号和登录用的邮箱；通过它们发生的登录，我们视为你本人的操作。
- 这个版本不同步：登录以后，你的记录仍只存在这台设备上，不会上传，也不会出现在你的其他设备上。我们为账号保存的信息见《隐私政策》第 5 条。
- 邮箱登录走到一半就关掉登录页时，为接收验证码临时建的匿名账号连同你填的邮箱会被删除。
4. 删除账号
- 你可以随时在 App 里删除账号：「我 › 账号 › 删除账号」。删除后，账号和我们为它保存的身份信息立刻删除，无法恢复；你在 1.0 时代留在服务器上、能用这台设备找到的加密备份也一起删除。
- 这台手机上的记录由你选择留下或一起清空；登录着同一个账号的其他设备会退出登录，它们本机的记录不会被删。
- 通过 Apple 登录的账号，删除前 App 会请 Apple 再确认一次，我们随即请 Apple 撤销本 App 的「通过 Apple 登录」授权；通过 Google 登录的账号，Google 账号设置里的那条关联由 Google 保存，你可以在那里自己移除。
5. 你的记录
- 你在本 App 里写下、录下的一切都属于你。它们只存在你的设备上，我们不持有任何副本（第 6 条说的 1.0 时代你自己开过的加密备份除外）。
- 你可以随时导出（「我 › 数据与隐私 › 导出我的记录」），或清除这台手机上的全部记录（「清除所有记录」）。清除以后，没办法找回。
- 你的设备备份（例如 iCloud 云备份）会照常带上本 App 的数据，那份备份由 Apple 或你的电脑按你的设置保管，不经过我们。
6. 1.0 时代的云备份
- 如果你在 1.0 里开过「备份到云端」，那份端到端加密的快照还在我们的服务器上。我们继续保管它，只是为了让你用恢复码取回；我们读不到其中的内容。
- 恢复码由你保管：丢了我们无法补发，这是端到端加密的代价，也是它的意义。
- 你可以随时在 App 里删除它：「我 › 数据与隐私 › 删除 1.0 版的云备份」（这台手机上有那份备份的钥匙时），或在「清除所有记录」时一起删除；删除账号时也会一起删除。删除以后，用恢复码也找不回来。
- 3.0 不再往服务器上传新的备份。
7. 设备上的模型（读梦）
「梦 › 三步读梦」在支持 Apple 智能的设备上，用 Apple 的设备端模型帮你想几个问题、给出几种「可能的读法」。整个过程在设备上完成，你写的梦不会发给我们。这些问题和读法只是供你参考的思路，不是对梦的解释、预言或诊断，可能不准确，也可能不适合你；怎么理解你的梦，由你自己决定。没有 Apple 智能的设备上只给问题。
8. 不构成医疗或专业建议
本 App 里的练习、提示、回顾、反复出现的模式、读梦与其他内容，都只用于一般的自我觉察与自助，不构成医疗、心理、法律或其他专业建议。不要因为本 App 的内容开始、停止或更改任何治疗或用药。练习时身体不舒服，请停下来；有身体或心理健康方面的疑问，请咨询有资质的专业人员。
9. 危机资源
- 你写下的文字会在设备上和一份危机词表比对，命中时 App 只显示安全卡与求助热线，其他提醒停发 24 小时。这个比对可能漏掉，也可能误判；它不是监测或报警服务，我们不会因此联系你、你的联系人或任何机构。
- 安全卡上的热线由第三方机构提供，我们无法保证它们的可用性、接通时间或回应。紧急情况下，请直接拨打当地的紧急号码。
10. 免费
3.0 完全免费：没有 App 内购买、订阅或任何价格。若将来引入付费功能，会先在 App 内与 App Store 商店页面说明，并由 Apple 处理付款、续订与退款。急救与危机安全卡永远免费。
11. 合理使用
不要试图绕过、干扰或过载本 App、登录服务或 1.0 的备份服务；不要批量注册账号、冒用别人的邮箱或账号登录；不要在法律允许之外反向工程；不要把本 App 或它的输出用于提供医疗服务、监控他人，或任何违法用途。我们可以在合理必要时限制访问或删除被滥用的账号，并在可行时通知你。
12. 第三方服务
本 App 用到的第三方服务各自适用它们的条款：Apple（App Store、通过 Apple 登录、iCloud 与设备备份、系统的「提醒事项」、联系人选择器与分享面板）、Google（通过 Google 登录），以及为我们托管登录服务的 Supabase（作为我们的服务商处理数据，见《隐私政策》第 16 条）。我们不对第三方服务本身负责。
13. 变更与终止
功能会随版本演进而变化。我们可能维护、修复安全问题、下线某项功能，或在可行时提前通知后停止服务；停止服务前，你仍可以导出本机的记录。你可以随时停止使用、删除账号、清除所有记录，或删除 App。
14. 免责与责任限制
本 App 按「现状」与「可用」状态提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何默示保证，也不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失，或基于本 App 内容所做的决定负责。本条不排除依法不得排除或限制的责任和法定权利。
15. 适用法律与联系
本条款受加拿大安大略省法律及适用的加拿大联邦法律管辖，但不排除你所在地强制适用的消费者保护规定。争议可提交安大略省有管辖权的法院，除非适用法律允许或要求其他法院。条款的重大变更会标注日期，并在需要时于生效前在 App 内提示。联系我们：support@arcturatech.com，或邮寄至 Arctura Technologies Inc., Unit 10, 1338 Wellington Street West, Ottawa, Ontario K1Y 3B7, Canada。
These terms form an agreement between you and Arctura Technologies Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, at Unit 10, 1338 Wellington Street West, Ottawa, Ontario K1Y 3B7, Canada ("we", "us"), about your use of the Offscript app ("the app"). Installing or using the app means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Downloads from the App Store are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two conflict, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
1. What the app is
The app is a self-awareness and practice tool. It helps you pause when emotions run high, look at what's going on, and note a line afterwards, and it offers breathing, attention and other self-help practices, reviews and a private journal.
The app is not a medical device. It doesn't provide medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and it isn't a substitute for professional help (see section 8). If you're in real distress or thinking about harming yourself or others, contact local emergency services or the support lines on the app's crisis safety card right away (see section 9).
2. Who may use it
You must meet the age rating shown on the App Store product page (13 in most regions), or the higher age at which you may consent to an online service where you live.
3. Your account (optional)
- Signing in is optional. Every feature works without it, and Pause, Rescue, Note and the crisis safety card never require it.
- You can use Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or a one-time email code. There are no passwords. When you sign in with Apple or Google, that step is provided by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.
- An account is for one person. Keep your device, Apple ID, Google account and sign-in email safe; we treat sign-ins through them as made by you.
- This version doesn't sync: after you sign in, your records still stay only on this device. They aren't uploaded and don't appear on your other devices. What we keep for your account is set out in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
- If you close the sign-in screen partway through an email sign-in, the temporary anonymous account created to receive the code is deleted, along with the email address you typed.
4. Deleting your account
- You can delete your account in the app at any time: Me › Account › Delete account. Your account and the details we keep for it are erased right away and can't be recovered, along with any encrypted backup from version 1.0 on our server that this device can identify.
- You choose whether to keep the records on this phone or clear them too. Other devices signed in to the same account are signed out, but the records on them aren't deleted.
- If you used Sign in with Apple, the app asks Apple to confirm once more, and we then ask Apple to revoke the app's Sign in with Apple authorization. If you used Sign in with Google, the connection shown in your Google Account settings is kept by Google, and you can remove it there.
5. Your entries
- Everything you write or record in the app is yours. It lives only on your device and we hold no copy (apart from the encrypted version 1.0 backup described in section 6, if you turned that on yourself).
- You can export your records at any time (Me › Data and privacy › Export my records) or clear everything on this phone (Clear all records). Once cleared, it can't be brought back.
- Your device backups, such as iCloud Backup, include the app's data as usual. Apple or your computer keeps them according to your settings, not through us.
6. Cloud backups from version 1.0
- If you turned on "Back up to the cloud" in version 1.0, that end-to-end encrypted snapshot is still on our server. We keep it only so you can restore it with your recovery code, and we can't read its contents.
- You keep the recovery code. If it's lost we can't reissue it; that's the price of end-to-end encryption, and the point of it.
- You can delete the backup in the app at any time: Me › Data and privacy › Delete the version 1.0 cloud backup (when this phone holds that backup's key), or together with Clear all records. Deleting your account deletes it too. Once deleted, the recovery code can't bring it back.
- Version 3.0 doesn't upload new backups.
7. The on-device model (reading dreams)
On devices that support Apple Intelligence, Dreams › Read a dream uses Apple's on-device model to suggest a few questions and some possible readings. It all happens on the device, and your dream isn't sent to us. The questions and readings are only ideas to consider, not interpretations, predictions or diagnoses. They may be inaccurate or not fit you, and what your dream means is up to you. On devices without Apple Intelligence, only the questions are shown.
8. Not medical or professional advice
The practices, prompts, reviews, recurring patterns, dream readings and other content in the app are for general self-awareness and self-help only. They aren't medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. Don't start, stop or change any treatment or medication because of anything in the app. Stop a practice if you feel unwell, and talk to a qualified professional about any physical or mental health concern.
9. Crisis resources
- What you write is compared on your device with a list of crisis words. On a match, the app shows only a safety card and support lines, and other reminders pause for 24 hours. The check can miss things and can misread them. It isn't a monitoring or alert service, and we won't contact you, your contacts or anyone else because of it.
- The support lines on the safety card are run by third parties. We can't guarantee their availability, waiting times or response. In an emergency, call your local emergency number directly.
10. Free
Version 3.0 is entirely free: no in-app purchases, subscriptions or prices. If paid features are introduced later, they'll be announced in the app and on the App Store product page first, and Apple will handle payment, renewal and refunds. Rescue and the crisis safety card are always free.
11. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass, disrupt or overload the app, the sign-in service or the version 1.0 backup service; don't register accounts in bulk or sign in with someone else's email or account; don't reverse engineer the app except where law allows; and don't use the app or its output to provide medical services, to monitor other people, or for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access to or delete abused accounts where reasonably necessary, and we'll give notice when we reasonably can.
12. Third-party services
Third-party services used by the app are subject to their own terms: Apple (the App Store, Sign in with Apple, iCloud and device backups, and the system's Reminders, contact picker and share sheet), Google (Sign in with Google), and Supabase, which hosts our sign-in service and processes data on our behalf (see section 16 of the Privacy Policy). We aren't responsible for the third-party services themselves.
13. Changes and termination
Features change as the app develops. We may perform maintenance, fix security issues, retire a feature, or end the service with reasonable notice when practicable; before the service ends, you can still export the records on your device. You may stop using the app, delete your account, clear all records, or delete the app at any time.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for decisions based on the app's content. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that can't lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before the courts with lawful jurisdiction in Ontario unless applicable law permits or requires another forum. Material changes will be dated and, where required, shown in the app before they take effect.
